Judith Hager, RN, MSN, FHIMSS
As principal, Judy Hager's expertise lies in innovative and cost efficient operations planning and implementation. She has had extensive experience in nursing management, including eight years as the patient care administrator of a 10,000 annual birth service hospital, a children's facility and women’s pavilion. Her work there included facilitation of a highly successful operations planning for and relocation to a new 248 bed Women and Children’s Center. She has been recognized for her leadership in process management and work redesign efforts for both women and children’s services and the laboratory of a 656-bed hospital. She is an expert at coordination of clinical path development and outcomes analysis in addition to her origination and implementation of wellness-based nursing models.
