Judith Hager, RN, MSN, FHIMSS
As a principal of Smith Hager Bajo, Judy Hager is an experienced and nationally recognized management consultant, facility planner, active lecturer and strategist. Judy has been working in the health care field for more than 35 years. Her diverse experience includes serving as principal of a national consulting firm, Smith Hager Bajo Inc., for the past 15 years. Prior to her consulting career, she gained a keen understanding of hospital operations, reimbursement and strategic planning through her experience at Inova Health System. Judy is well-known for her expertise in innovative and cost efficient operations planning and implementation. She has been recognized for her leadership in process management, computerized simulation modeling and work redesign efforts with more than 150 hospitals, health systems and physician practices. She has published and co-authored journal articles and white papers and actively participated in health care organizations, such as AWHONN and HIMSS.
